The rooms
The squad sleeps in bunk rooms, together, with bathrooms on the corridor. Rooms with a private bathroom for your staff are there if you ask for them. Sheets and towels are provided, so nobody packs bedding for a flight.
They sleep, eat, train and play on the same grounds. No coach to catch after breakfast, no head count before every journey, no player left behind in a hotel lobby.
Every big tournament in Spain puts your squad in a seaside hotel and drives them to pitches somewhere else. That is not a detail — that is your week. It is the coach at eight in the morning, the register before every journey, the two players who went back for a shirt.
Here the beds, the dining room and the zip line are on the same grounds as the pitches — six of them, two on natural grass and four artificial, plus five small courts for 3×3. You walk everywhere. It is the difference between a trip you spend managing and one you spend watching.
Six weekends, Friday to Sunday. Each age group has its own.
Boys and girls, roughly under-8 to under-14. Three days and two nights, five matches guaranteed, group stage and knockout. If you are planning a football tour to Spain for the 2027 season, this is the weekend to build it around.
The May weekend falls on Whitsun — Pentecost is 16 May 2027 — which is a school holiday in Germany, the Netherlands and much of northern Europe.
The two questions a club asks before it asks about football.
The squad sleeps in bunk rooms, together, with bathrooms on the corridor. Rooms with a private bathroom for your staff are there if you ask for them. Sheets and towels are provided, so nobody packs bedding for a flight.
Three meals a day, self-service buffet, eaten in the same building they sleep in. Breakfast is a hot counter — eggs, bacon, sausages — next to the churros and the pastries, and there is as much of it as a squad of thirteen-year-olds needs. Water is on the table.
Vegetarian food and allergies are catered for, and we ask for the list when you enter rather than on the day you arrive. Tell us what a player cannot eat and it is dealt with in the kitchen, not at the table.
Half a day of matches and half a day of activities, every day, run by the qualified monitors who work here — not by your staff. Your coaches watch football and then go to bed. That is why the players ask to come back, and why the club books again.
What they actually do: laser tag, the adventure course, the zip line, pedal karts, archery, bubble football, human table football, the water slide, water games, ezzyrollers, the haunted tunnel and the pools. All of it inside the grounds, all of it included, none of it an excursion you pay for on the day.
And the grounds are not a sports centre with a hostel attached: there are woods to walk in, pools with slides, horses and a farmyard of animals. A player with a free hour has somewhere to spend it that is not a hotel corridor.
Nobody flies to another country to sleep two nights.
Extra nights on the same full board. Training pitches and sessions. A friendly against a local club.
Barcelona is an hour and a half away by road and Girona airport just 30 minutes, both with low-cost flights from most of Europe. We arrange the transfer.
The Costa Brava beaches, Barcelona and its football, PortAventura. Arranged on request, never assumed.
The Costa Brava starts forty minutes from the pitches and Barcelona is an hour and a half. A club that has flown here usually wants a day of something else, and we arrange it: the coast, the city, PortAventura.

That is the whole reason clubs repeat, and the one thing a hotel and a bus cannot sell you.
The tournament is €200 per player. That covers the three days: two nights full board, the activities and playing the tournament itself.
It is not the price of your trip, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. A club flying in stays longer than two nights, so the flights, the travel insurance, the drinks and any day out are yours to add — and what you add is what we quote. Send us the flights and we come back with one figure for the whole thing.
Most federations want their permission before a club plays abroad — the English FA asks for its form at least sixty days ahead, and others work the same way. We issue the letter of invitation you need to file it. Ask for it as soon as you have decided; it is the step clubs leave too late.
What you need depends on when you land and when you go home, so nothing here is sold off a shelf. A few answers below and we come back with a plan and a price.

A few answers and we can put a plan and a price together. If your flights are not booked yet, say so — most clubs write before they book.
